ACCS Launches in EMEA Region
Adobe Commerce as a Cloud Service expands to EMEA region, bringing fully managed commerce to European merchants.

On August 25, 2025, Adobe announced the launch of Adobe Commerce as a Cloud Service in the EMEA region. This expansion is significant for European merchants—previously, ACCS was available primarily in North America. European merchants can now access the same fully managed commerce benefits as North American counterparts without geographical constraints.
What ACCS in EMEA Means
European merchants can now benefit from fully managed Adobe Commerce hosted in EU data centres with GDPR compliance built-in. Rather than managing infrastructure, European teams can focus entirely on commerce strategy, customer experience, and growth. For European enterprises previously managing complex infrastructure across multiple markets, ACCS significantly simplifies operations.
Data Residency and Compliance
ACCS in EMEA hosts data entirely within European data centres, meeting GDPR requirements and data residency regulations. Merchants no longer need to worry about compliance complexity—Adobe ensures all data remains within required jurisdictions. This is particularly important for merchants handling customer data across multiple European markets with varying compliance requirements.
Pricing and Availability
ACCS pricing in EMEA follows Adobe's global model, scaled appropriately for European markets. The service is available to existing Adobe Commerce subscribers and new merchants considering cloud-native solutions. Migration assistance is available for merchants transitioning from traditional Commerce deployments to ACCS.
Phased Rollout
ACCS launched initially in major European markets with continued expansion throughout late 2025. Merchants in supported regions can begin evaluating ACCS immediately. Those in regions awaiting expansion should begin assessment planning so they're ready to migrate when availability reaches their region.
European Competitive Advantage
ACCS provides European merchants competitive advantages: European data hosting eliminates latency impacting customer experience, GDPR compliance reduces regulatory burden, managed operations free teams to focus on growth. For global merchants with significant European operations, ACCS simplifies operations across regions.
Partnership Opportunities
For Tom&Co and European partners, ACCS expansion opens new service opportunities. Rather than infrastructure management, we focus on migration strategy, commerce optimisation, and growth partnerships. This shifts our engagement model from technical operations to business strategy—a fundamental evolution we're embracing enthusiastically.
