Our team—Founder Tom, Head of Strategy Thomas, Senior Account Strategist Tom (yes, really), and our newest Strategist Clare—headed to the event, and it was fantastic to reconnect with so many friends and faces in the Magento community.
Here are a few of Tom&Co’s key takeaways from the day:
✅ Luke Carthy’s talk on attribution reminded us why digging deeper into user journeys matters—especially if you’re investing in Google Ads. Don’t let last-click take all the credit.
🧩 Shaun McCran’s session on Adobe Commerce Optimizer was packed with smart insights on how brands can dramatically improve UX and frontend performance without needing to replatform. Big potential for quick wins.
🛍️ The panel discussion, “Are retailers in trouble—or just waiting for a breakthrough?” was refreshingly honest and forward-thinking. A great reminder to focus on what you can control—and build for what’s next.
